Spencer used to work in a bomb factory. That is, until he was caught selling bombs to the wrong people. An "accident" occurred and poor Spencer was left disfigured for life. Spencer turned to drugs to ease his physical and emotional pain and eventually lost his mind. He now belongs to the organization Pascal once worked for (The Association of Armed Specialists, referred to as "The Association") as a demolition expert for hire. He knows anything and everything there is to know about explosives. His favourite weapons are animals filled with dynamite. Spencer is also under the delusion that he is ridding the world from evil by killing large quantities of people at a time with explosives.
